1) Do I need to contact Shanghai Limo Service to confirm my booking?
Most of the time, you don't need to call us. As soon as the booking process is complete, you will be contacted and advised that your booking is firm.
Occasionally, however, an airline may take up to 24 hours to confirm a flight. If this is the case, we'll let you know once the flight has been confirmed by the tour operator. Flight details will be subject to alteration by the tour operator and Shanghai Limo Service have no jurisdiction over flight times.
2) When will I receive my written confirmation?
Written confirmation will be sent out in the post with all your holiday details. You will be required to check that these details are correct as rectifying any mistakes may involve a charge. This receipt confirms the costing (as discounts will be illustrated here). However, the Tour Operators own confirmation should accompany this and therefore it can take up to 7 – 10 days before you receive this document.
It is extremely important to check this document carefully and for you to ensure that the details including spelling of names match your passport details and you must inform us immediately of any discrepancies.
3) Whom am I booked with?
You can book and change reservations for many vehicle types and cities online up to 2 hours prior to pick up time. If you require other services or need services sooner, please email Shanghai Limo Service's reservation center at bookings@shanghailimoservice.com . All details can be found on your written confirmation.
4) What form of payment does Shanghai Limo Service accept?
Shanghai Limo Service accepts cash. Payment can be also made in cash (RMB, USD and Euros only), although prior notice is requested if more than a small amount of change is needed. Change will be given in local currency only.Usually, credit card information is not necessary to guarantee the reservation.but all the reservation must be deposited(50% of the invoice value). .
Cash can only be accepted in person at the offices of Shanghai Limo Service. Do NOT send cash through the post.
5) How do I cancel my booking?
Cancellations are accepted by email (bookings@shanghailimoservice.com) only. 50% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hrs before scheduled pick up. Cancellations made in excess of 24 hours will not incur any charge. No shows will be charged the full reservation fare.
6) What are the cancellation charges?
Shanghai Limo Service requires that all changes be received by phone or email (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 12 hours prior to pick-up. If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the order.
7) When will I receive my Invoice?
Your tickets are normally despatched to Shanghai Limo Service no later than 7 – 10 days before departure and we will then forward them on to you. Generally speaking you should receive your tickets approximately 2 weeks before your departure date. please ensure that you check these thoroughly and ensure that the all names match your passport. Any name change charges at this stage will be passed on to you. NB, certain scheduled services will treat a name change as a cancellation and re-book.
8) How can I find out in which International destinations Shanghai limo Service offers service? How can I book a car for these cities?
A list of our locations is provided on this Web site under "Car Rental Locations" Directories. You can book Shanghai limo Service transportation for any city in China using any of the above booking methods. If you use Shanghai limo Service's e-Reservation service and the city in which you are traveling is not listed, please via email to book your reservation.
9) Can I book a reservation without knowing my final destination?
Yes. You will have to let us know the approximate time when you need to be dropped off, however. If you do know some of the places where you will be going, describe them in the itinerary of the reservation and indicate that there will be multiple stops on your journey.
10) When will I receive my Invoice?
Shanghai Limo Service offers a wide variety of vehicles designed to accommodate single passengers, small groups of passengers, and larger passenger groups. View these various vehicle types on this Web site on the Shanghai LimoService Fleet . However, not all vehicle types can be reserved on the Internet. Typically, this refers to larger vehicles. Please via email at bookings@shanghailimoservice.com if the vehicle type that you need is not available by our e-Reservations system.
11) Why can't I submit my reservation request?
Please check to make sure that you filled in all the required fields on the form. Asterisks (*) indicate required fields. These fields must be filled in completely for the form to be transmitted. If you have filled in all the required fields and are still having trouble, please via email and we can assist you with your reservation.
12) Does Shanghai Limo Service offer wedding services?
